How we were


The inhabitants of Chiessi lived in the cellars, the same areas where the wine was made and the vegetables from the vegetable garden were stored; and the first houses came in the'60s.

At that time were created some dishes that we prepare again today, like the "Persata", a soup with eggs or the "Sburrita" and the "Minestra alla Margherita".
